Indianic Sunrise is set up to bring the outdoors in, with large folding doors across the front of the house it is perfect for alfresco dining, entertaining guests or just lazing in the sun.
This large contemporary beach house comprises five bedrooms and enough room to comfortably sleep 13 guests. Two master bedrooms with Queen sized beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a room with 2 king singles. The 5th bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed above. Bathrooms are located both upstairs and down, with a large Spa Bath and a hot outdoor shower.
Upstairs, the spacious open plan living and dining area is ideal for entertaining, the beautifully appointed kitchen will make cooking for your guests a pleasure. Concertina doors fold back across the entire front of the house, enabling the most awesome outdoor/indoor living experience, or keep it simple and enjoy a BBQ overlooking the bay.
If boating or fishing is your thing the old Dunsborough boat ramp is literally a stone's throw away and a private mooring is available upon request.
Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony and watching the sun sail over Geographe Bay, while the children play safely within earshot at the beachfront playground.
In the evening, watching the full moon rise over the bay is one of the special treats Dunsborough has to offer, combine this with some freshly caught fish and a cold beer ... Happy Days!
Cycling and walking trails through the Unique Meelup National Park adjoins this part of old Dunsborough. Swimming, boating and fishing in Geographe Bay are all literally a stones throw from this property. Further a field are arguably some of the best surfing in world, numerous wineries and 5 microbreweries all within 30 mins drive from this wonderful Dunsborough Holiday home
