This spacious holiday home has a modern design and is well equipped to cater to all your needs for a truly relaxing family holiday, lovely shaded and secluded entertaining areas, walking distance to the beach and close to cafes, galleries and wineries.
A large, modern and well equipped Kitchen leads into the dining room and the family area, equipped with TV/DVD, comfortable lounges and air conditioning. Sliding doors open onto the outdoor alfresco area. The upstairs balcony offers glimpses of Geographe Bay and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and downstairs will keep you comfortable all year round.
It's spacious and well-lit interior is well designed to fit up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite and a large, private deck to enjoy some quiet time. The second bedroom upstairs is furnished with a single bed, while the 3rd room has a queen. The fourth bedroom has a double bed with bunk bed attached.
At the end of the road there's a quaint bush footpath meaning it's literally only a few minutes stroll to one of Old Dunsborough's best beaches. Afterwards take advantage of the hot outdoor shower to refresh before hitting the many famous local wineries and breweries.
Cycling and walking trails through the Unique Meelup National Park adjoins this part of old Dunsborough. Swimming, boating and fishing in Geographe Bay are all literally a stones throw from this property. Further a field are arguably some of the best surfing in world, numerous wineries and 5 microbreweries all within 30 mins drive from this wonderful Dunsborough Holiday home
