This is a light, bright and airy holiday home, only metres from the waters of Geographe Bay in Quindalup, sets the scene for a beautiful holiday. When it comes to Down South holidays the closer you are to turquoise blue waters and golden white sands the better! There are not many better locations than the protected, calm, blue waters of Geographe Bay such as this property which is nestled in the heart of what locals refer to as "millionaire’s row".
This charming two story property is fully furnished to the highest standard and with an abundance of features designed to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Upstairs the house boasts large living area that spills effortlessly on to an alfresco dinning and entertaining area.
The huge kitchen is well equipped, there is also a large wood fired pizza oven for the more adventurous chefs. The outdoor balcony area is large and very comfortable, one could easily see away most afternoons here; it is also ready for use late into the night with the overhead electric heater and the pull down café blinds.
The 4 bedrooms – 3 Queens and another 4 Singles can comfortably sleep up to ten guests. All three bathrooms feature showers, vanities, WC’s. One of these also has a bath. Downstairs there is a kids hang out zone that includes a TV/DVD, table tennis and dart board. To the rear of the property there is a large fully enclosed and manicured garden with further outdoor dinning table and chairs nestled under the peppies, great for stay at home picnics.
Cycling and walking trails through the Unique Meelup National Park; swimming, boating and fishing in Geographe Bay are all literally a stones throw from this property. Further a field are arguably some of the best surfing in world, numerous wineries and over 5 microbreweries all within 30 mins drive from this wonderful Dunsborough Holiday home.
