A mere five-minute walk from the famous and spectacular Eagle Bay beach, Folia has been featured on the acclaimed television show Postcard because of its originality, simplicity and the aesthetic atmosphere it creates.
Folia has 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms plus a mezzanine area that sleeps three comfortably - three beds/mattresses and three extra mattresses are supplied in case your guests stay on!
There is also a large couch in the living area that easily sleeps another two.
The north facing aspect of the house keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer.
The potbelly wood fire heats every corner of the house in winter.
