This elevated character cottage is situated in the heart of old Dunsborough and only moments from the tranquil waters of the bay.
This lovely holiday house is literally a stone’s throw from a lovely little cove in between the old boat ramp and the centre of town. The main deck overlooks a grassy park, then gentle waves lap onto the shore.
The house is truly a perfect mix of location, location, location. The front garden overlooks one of the main reasons the region is so popular, "Geographe Bay". There are not many better sunrises to behold than the one that will await you in the morning. With a child friendly beach on your door step, and the shops and cafes literally a short stroll away; this house has the makings of a "perfect getaway".
The home itself is well appointed and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A brand new designer kitchen, makes it perfect for entertaining; opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area. The 2 master bedrooms have queen size beds have their own ensuite.
