Marlin House offers a high level of detail inside & out, giving you everything you need for a stylish & relaxing holiday. Polished concrete floors, designer furnishings, sun seeking windows & high-end appliances combine to make this an unforgettable beach pad.
The light filled & spacious open plan living, kitchen & dining zones, containing reverse cycle A/C, open up via stack-able glass sliding doors to the enormous balcony alfresco. Many hours can be spent out here, cooking, dining & ultimately relaxing on the outdoor couches provided.
Inside the streamlined central functional kitchen is elegant, sleek & minimalist. Features include stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar & Nespresso pod coffee machine. An 8-seater dining table is ample for all the guests in the house.
Also located on the upper level is the large resort style master suite, boasting reverse cycle A/C, king size bed, plenty of cupboard space & a beautiful ensuite with walk in shower & double basins. There is also a separate powder room on this level.
Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, two containing queen beds & the other has 2 single beds. These bedrooms are serviced by the luxurious main bathroom with free standing bath & walk in shower.
Here you will also find a WC & laundry containing a washer, with a dryer conveniently located in the garage.
A comfy second living area, with large flat screen TV & DVD player, reverse cycle A/C make for an ideal location for the junior members of the party to relax & unwind after a long day of vacationing.
The finishing touches include his & her mountain bikes, a Stand-Up Paddle Board for guests to enjoy & an outside covered sink for cleaning those numerous Herring (sorry no guarantees) just caught in the bay.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.
If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows. This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full.
Marlin House is located in a residential neighbourhood. Out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times. Music is not permitted to be played from portable devices or speakers in the outdoor areas of the house at any time of the day.
All cars must be within the property boundaries at all times.
