This Eagle Bay property has been lovingly renovated to cater for your Down South getaway. One of the biggest assets of this house is its proximity to one of the best swimming beaches in WA. You can walk to Eagle Bay beach in under 3 minutes!
The kitchen, open plan living area and dining area are spacious and the kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook your own meals and cater for all your guests. The main living area has extended ceilings which adds to the feeling of space, adding light and space to the main living room. The lounge room has comfortable lounges and a TV to watch your favourite shows on. There is a Telstra TV box, which gives everyone an opportunity to watch Netflix or Stan (using your own account), as well as a DVD player. The house cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioner. Along with a slow combustion fireplace to keep you warm in winter, you will be comfortable all year round.
The house has a UV water filtration system, which is designed to be highly effective and efficient in removing taste, odour, chemicals, sediment and nasties from the rainwater. It uses a natural purification process that is eco-friendly and chemical-free so you can enjoy the peace of mind of safe, purified water at every outlet in the house.
To the rear of the home are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an excellently appointed ensuite shower room. There is a secondary double bedroom, along with the third bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom services the other two bedrooms and a laundry that opens up to the back garden. There is also a covered outdoor area with seating for 6 and a BBQ to cook your favourite summer meals on.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.
If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows. This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full.
This house is located in a residential neighbourhood. Out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times.
Music is not permitted to be played from portable devices or speakers in the outdoor areas of the house at any time of the day.
Parking is limited to 2 cars, and all cars must be within the property boundaries at all times.
