Exclusive Escapes presents.. 'Old Mill Grove' Old Mill Grove is a rural getaway that is just a short drive to Drive to Dunsborough, Yallingup and the famous wineries of the Margaret River Region. Set on 4 acres of sprawling bush native including ancient peppermint, banksia, marri, sheoak and jarrah trees, you are very likely to wake up to kangaroos grazing on the back lawn.
This large family holiday-home incorporates the use of timber, concrete and Colorbond to give a cosy and rural feel. On entry to the home you are greeted with a large open plan living area featuring polished concrete floors, raised timber lined ceiling and an impressive modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully appointed and will allow you to cook meals in-house for all your family and guests. There is a 900mm DeLonghi oven, gas hotplate and range hood, as well as coffee machine and all the usual kitchen utensils.
The kitchen, family and dining area receive northern light through highlight windows and large north facing windows. Enjoy a glass of wine next to the large fireplace in the main living area, or retreat to the outdoor living area in the warmer summer months. Double glass sliding doors open to the alfresco which features a gas BBQ, outdoor lounge area that adds to the homely feel of this rural retreat.
The master suite is very large and provides enough space in a large walk-in robe to fit all your holiday essentials. The ensuite features a full-length double vanity, shower and W/C with windows taking in the tranquil surrounds. Next to the master room is a smaller bunk room, perfect for the kids.
On the other side of the house to the master, there are three generous bedrooms all with queen beds and built-in robes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and enjoy different aspects of the rural outlooks through large windows.
The main bathroom is tucked away within easy access of the main living area and bedrooms, the huge bathroom also includes a separate bath. The laundry is well appointed with lots of workable bench space, under bench cupboards and built-in linen.
There is a large double garage that is accessible for guest use, it joins internally to the main house and will allow you to securely store any holiday goodies that you may bring, such as surfboards, kayaks or beach gear.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.
If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows. This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full.
Even though this is a rural property, out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times.
