The main living area upstairs is built on solid wooden flooring, is bathed in natural light allowed in by the large windows and is equipped with a large leather lounge suite and a large screen TV. Open up the doors to the balcony to let the outside in, whilst you cook the family meal in the large well appointed kitchen, complete with gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine and even an extra drinks fridge.

This open living area leads through to the master bedroom which houses a queen bed, has oodles of storage space and has an amazing, large and modern en-suite. All this. and it even leads out to the huge balcony and its stunning views over Injidup.

This Top Deck balcony is where this property really stands out. Enjoy the views while you relax in the quality outdoor furniture, and stay warm during those cooler autumn evenings by lighting the outdoor open fire, which doubles up on the inside too.

Downstairs, which is kept surprisingly cool with its sealed concrete floor, consists of a further sitting room with leather lounges and a 42 inch LED TV. As you walk through the house you will come to the second bedroom with a double bed and also a single, you also have a queen beds in bedroom three and four. Downstairs is serviced by the family bathroom located between bedrooms two and three.

Top Deck is the perfect getaway for the large family, or group of friends needing that quiet break to recuperate from the rigours of life.

The famous Margaret Rive wineries and galleries, the stunning local beaches, and the town of Dunsborough are all only a few minutes drive from the house, all whilst having your picture perfect sanctuary to return to.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.

If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows. This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
